A
Voter’s Guide to Jasper St. Angel
Democratic Candidate for County
Recorder
In the spring of 2005, Jasper St. Angel was elected Township Trustee
by a decisive margin. This was not the first time that we
have heard the name St. Angel in Rockford politics. Both his father
and grandfather serve Rockford with humble distinction in the civic
and private sectors.
Jasper has already built a platform of public trust and
a foundation of conscientious service that wins
and keeps constituent loyalty. Jasper is and has
always been a true community leader, not satisfied with merely
discussing local issues but taking a lead role in advocating
change.
